Store Runs
All people (club members and nonmembers) are welcome to attend the group runs listed below!

| Trail run. Meet at the SRC store at 7am to carpool. |

Group run. Meet at the SRC store at 6pm for a 4-6 mile run
at 8-10 min./mile pace. |

Group run. Meet at the SRC store at 6pm for an 8-10 mile tempo run. |

Please Note: Running times last anywhere from 2.5 hours to 6 hours depending on the distance.
SRC recommends that runners bring a water bottle (filled with water or electrolyte drink), gels and/or bars (or usual training food), and
appropriate clothing.
April 6: Cougar Mountain, 16-18 miles.
Bear Ridge Trail Out & Back + Normal Loop.
